Charge of Exhibition

Exhibition Privileges:

▪ Free listing of Exhibitor in the Event Guide and Website
▪ Eligibility to apply for holding presentations/seminars during MIF
▪ Exclusive discount for Event Guide advertisement

Raw Space Rental Fee:

MOP1,200.00 or USD150.00 per square meter

Special Offer:

  1. Exhibitors who have previously participated in any local exhibition organised by IPIM will be entitled to a 20% discount.
  2. Early Bird Discount:
    – Applications submitted before 30 June 2018 will enjoy a 15% discount.
    – Applications submitted before 31 July 2018 will enjoy a 10% discount.
  3. The above offers may not be used together.
  4. Exhibitors who enjoy offers from either the Government or local association are not entitled to the above offers.

Remarks:

  1. Sales of any products and services are strictly prohibited in the exhibition area.
  2. Exhibitors are responsible for any expense incurred in the installation of their respective booths.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to accept or refuse an exhibition application. In case the application is refused, the Organiser will return all the respective advertising information and refund the applicant.
  4. Exhibition booths are not transferable.

Upon registration, the exhibitor will receive an Exhibitors’ Manual, which provides all the practical and necessary information for exhibitors to prepare for their participation.

Event Guide Advertisement:

The Exhibition Guide will be distributed to VIPs, exhibitors, professional buyers, government and trade institutions.
