Participation in MIF Sponsorship

1. Appellation

• Depending on the amount of sponsorship, MIF will grant the following title “Exclusive MIF 10^th Anniversary Honourable Sponsor”, “Honourable Sponsor”, “Distinguished Sponsor” and “Sponsor” respectively.

2. Sponsorship Benefits

• Sponsors are entitled to place their company name/logo on MIF’s printed materials.
• Sponsors are entitled to place their company name/logo on MIF’s publicity materials.
• Sponsors are entitled to hang banner in the 10^th MIF venue.
• Sponsors are entitled to have free advertising in the 10^th MIF Directory.
• Sponsors are allowed to insert their printed materials in the 10^th MIF Directory, Exhibition Guide and information Kit for MIF’s Press Conference.

3. Special Benefits

• To have one promotion day (except the first day) during the exhibition period at a designated site to boost the sales and awareness of their goods/services.
• Complimentary standard size booths.
• Permitted to attend the 10^th MIF Opening Ceremony.
• Have the privilege of attending the Opening Gala Dinner
• Awarding MIF plaque to the sponsors.

4. Media Activities

• To arrange and invite the 10^th MIF Committee, social elites, celebrities and the media to attend the signing ceremony of the sponsorship acceptance.
• To advertise the sponsorship in the media, e.g.: newspapers and publications.

5. Duration of Sponsorship

• Validity period of the sponsorship starts from the contract signing date until the end of the 10^th MIF.

6. Sponsor Methods of Payment

• In cash or other forms

7. Others

• Should the sponsors have any other enquiries in relation to the benefits, please contact the10th MIF organising committee .

Notes:

• All income from sponsorship will be used for MIF .
• The MIF committee retains the right to approve any information submitted by the sponsors.
• Because of the production times and different promotional stages, the above said benefits of the promotional and printed materials will be met according to actual situation.
• Except for the official promotional and printed materials, the sponsors are responsible for all their own production costs.

 

Advertising in the Exhibition Directory

The Exhibition Directory will be distributed to VIPs, visitors and exhibitors and related government and trade bodies.
